<p>EBG bore gauges are supplied with fully integrated LVDT or HBT transducer to suit MARPOSS or compatible electronics.</p>
<p>M1 Star EBG will be available at the beginning of 2006 also as wireless version featuring Bluetooth?Ç¬Æ (*) transmission. This model will use the same &#8220;measuring core&#8221; as the model with cable, while differing from it just for the handle which accomodates the transmitter. These characteristics make M1 Star?¢‚Äû¬¢ Wireless easy to operate and offering the same excellent performance as the regular EBG version.<br />
By pressing on a button the real time measurement value is sent to the receiver located onto the display unit.<br />

<p>AVAILABLE MODELS</p>
<p>* U4F to connect up to 4 TESTAR standard full-bridge transducers (LVDT), such as Red Crown™ pencil probe, M1 plug gauge for ID checking, etc.<br />
* U4H to connect up to 4 TESTAR standard half-bridge transducers (HBT), such as Red Crown™ pencil probe, M1C plug gauge for ID checking, etc.<br />
* U4T to connect up to 4 half-bridge transducers (HBT) compatible with amplifiers of TESA;<br />
* U4D to connect up to 4 Digimatic gauges (such as Mitutoyo calipers, digital dial gauges, etc..) or column amplifiers equipped with Digimatic output (such as TESTAR E4N).</p>
<p>USB OUTPUT</p>
<p>The value of the 4 inputs connected to each box is transferred to the PC via USB port. The USB is a fast communication bus allowing simultaneous connection of up to 127 devices to your PC. This new type of bus is getting more and more popular on PC&#8217;s since it allows connection with a true plug and play facility, of a wide range of peripheral devices such as printers, keyboards, digital cameras and general-purpose data acquisition interfaces. The Easy Box™ uses another advantage of the many possibilities offered by the USB port as it receives the necessary power supply from it. With the use of only one cable it is possible therefore to power the Easy Box™ and to transfer the digital value of the input sensors connected to the box.</p>
<p>APPLICATION FIELDS</p>
<p>The Easy Box™ is suitable for static measurement acquisition or for continuous acquisition where the operator can manually rotate the workpiece (or the gauge) to visually check dimensional variations.</p>
